Military Surplus Optics - I ordered it for the lenses, plus I love breaking things! This B&L optical assembly, upon initial inspection, appears to be a spot or flood light! The back end has a wired port with a circular opening with a reflector with a hole in the middle and what looks like a plug (?) at the back.
There is also a mechanical tool that can be used to mount the adjustments. The assembly has several small openings (unusual for an eyepiece) and the lens appears to be enclosed in a plastic "cartridge" or "capsule".
